Dear friends hi my supervisors agreed to write LORs for me ,they also agreed to send them out by themself. they are super busy so ,I am worried not to make it on time. is it rude to ask them give LORs to me in order to send by myself ? how can I notify them about my concern in the pleasent way? thank you for your suggestion in advance.

If you got the ECFMG official e-mail yesterday, then simply forward it to your supervisor as a guidance of all necessary steps... It is said to send the LORs now, so he will read it and send it. But, it's a July 2nd today, and it's absolutely OK to send the LORs even in a month or so... Do not be so tensed, do not make yourself crazy about sending the LOR today... If your boss does not have enough time to write a good letter (it does take some time) he may write you a simple bullshit on a half of a page, which you won't be happy to send to ECFMG... Just relax...

Why don't you make certain that they have your cover sheet and a self-addressed (to ECFMG) envelope ready? That's one less step for them to do.

my 1st plan is to give the COMPLETED LOR coversheet plus the DSF&addressed to ECFMG stamped envelope.. i could also ask them that il take the sealed envelope w/ lor,DSF&cover sheet&mail them.. I think il stick w/ the 1st plan bc it is more tactful...
