Hello my friends,
just got home from CK. I´m kinda tired.
Will write about my prep as soon as I got my score.
So happy I got it over with!!!! Hopefully I will pass!

i have couple of freinds that took it aweek ago and they said its harder than UW is that right?

you may now relax and have a good time and forget about how you did..becasue its not gonna change anything....now enjoy well and wait for your victory!...and please let us know hows the exam these days...ssssss is saying correctly....you can just compare your exam to UW,NBME etc...and post your detailed prep experience whenever you feel like or get your results back...thanks and good luck for your scores

no problem:
I personally thought it was a lot like USMLEWorld. I don´t know if it got harder since I don´t have a comparison, but:
KNOW USMLEWorld WELL and UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPTS and you are most probably comfortable with 75% of the exam questions.
Well, for my exam today that was true, hope for yours too....

u can give us alittel pit details about the Q s that appear in the exam the majourety of the Qs and which one is asked more heavy? than usaul ofcourse we know that IM is 60% but some say that obsgyn or surgery is asked very heavy in thier exam what about u?
sorry if i make stress or pushing u to tell us before the results but i always liked ur opinon and trust ur point of view just to comfort us where are frightened

Please don´t be scared!
Actually it was a good mixture of everything. Straight forward questions are a good part.
Since there is a big question pool I can´t give any recommendations.
I remember in my Step 1 everybody said embryology is high yield. I could hardly find any embryology on my Step 1.
So, unfortunately there is no such opinion. Be sure to know the important concepts and really understand them!
That makes it a lot easier

That's great Annie, u can now relax. Which sections did u get more questions of. How many vids did u get? How long were the questions? Were u able to finish the sections on time? How did u take ur breaks?

USMLE questions are often presented under multidiscipline clinical scenario, they also get involved in a pure title.
Practice, practice and practice questions are a key I guess.

Hi:
2 audio /video: read questions and answer like you had just seen a real patient.
Questions are a good mix of everything. Really, but know ALL concepts. It´s "all" in UW
Breaks:
2 blocks- 5 min break- 2 blocks- 25 min break- 1 block- 5 min break- 1 block- 5 min break- 1 block- 10 min break- 1 block and 10 min for survey
Went to bathroom in every break and was glad to have taken sandwiches, chocolate, an apple, diet coke and a red bull for the last two blocks.
But: really look at the clock when you start break, very important!
Time was really manageable, I finished every block on time and also had time for marked questions, so don´t be afraid!
