18 years old female presented with high grade fever ,pain on turnig head{neck pain} with tender left side of the neck,she gave history of pharyngitis week ago.... BEST OF 4 IS?

a. blood culture
b.throat swab
c.ASO titer
d.CT neck with contrast

what is the dx?
