C - Thyroid hormone receptors are nuclear receptors, which are intracellular? C is the only answer that specifies this. Please correct me if I am wrong.

All steroid receptor bind to cytoplasmic receptor ( zinc finger protein ) then the complex goes to nucleus. I thought T3/T4 was the EXCEPTION that goes to nucleus directly. But i think i am wrong because thats not in the choice. So is it the other way around ?
