Can anybody help me with this:

Kaplan says: PIVD without neuro deficit - 3 weeks bed rest

UWorld: Same case: early mobilisation and NSAIDS

Had same dilemma, but kap q book 2005-6 test#1 q#3 - bed rest for 2 days, longer period do not provide additional benefit
