Hi guys

I recently gave my exam at Houston. The first patient i had I did not even get to do the physical exam necessary for his complaint! After the encounter my patient note was so botched I had written my HPI in the Physical Exam section and when I saw this I quickly jotted down the only Physical I got to do. After that traumatic case I got it together and said I would not mess up the rest. I then wrote my notes just fine, but there was too little room for me. I performed the physical exams necessary at least I think so, I just messed up one finding, I said it wasnt there when it was! I forgot to mention some diagnostic tests here and there, but I always counseled and discussed differentials. Also for one or two I may have not put the main disease down on differential.

What do you think my chances are? I am freaking out, I don't even know how to clear my mind for CK. Are they going to be really hard on grading?

As far as I know, out of 12 cases.. 10 will be graded... i guess those will be your best ones.. so cheer up! nod

move on.. focus with the ck this time.. what's done is done.. do your best with the upcoming exam.. good luck and God bless! smiling face

is it not 11 of 12 that are graded?am bit confused here?
