From what I've read on this forum.......yes , however recent LORs are preferable

I know that this is pain in the @ss, but that's what ECFMG has officially on this matter:
"...You are still required to submit up-to-date, original Letters of Recommendation (LoRs)..."... You could call them and ask if they accept LORs that are dated by 2007 year...
