I could not find the explanation to this qs in USMLE CD:
Young female,restless, agitated,refusing to be examined,slightly dilated pupil.Which drug is she abusing? Cocaine or Exstacy.How to differenciate?

There is other specific sign except that in Cocain seizures and formication is present .Otherwise Lab can decide
Amphetamine = amphetamine in the urine /blood
Cocaine = Benzoylecgonine in the urine /blood

both sympatomimetics, ecstasy has + serotoninergic effect. Very similar, what is the other options/whole scenario.
