Guys I need help with anxiety: I am not scoring well with USMLEWORLD ques, I am doing block of 46 Q's in Timed mode and my overall correct score is 59%. I tried couple of blocks just to see what score I get if I do it in Tutorial mode I get an average of 67% and I completed these tutorial mode blocks in 60 minutes duration each block with 2-3 min still remaining. I get anxiety when I start the block in Timed mode. I have 512 Ques still remaining to complete the Q bank, my exam is in 23 days. I am doing 2 blocks everyday with going over their answers and making notes. Guy's I need help in getting over this anxiety thing, its deppresing me with the low score, I feel better when I do blocks in Tutorial mode with better score but still trying to complete it in time. Is Arlete around? Anybody, Any suggestions?

I used to have that feeling b4 with my start with uw..but now I`m dealing with uw as a just learning tool without paying any attention to my score...try to do so and u`ll feel better. BTW I have just talked with my frnd Toledo who took his test 2day at the amideast/cairo...He reassured me that time is fair in the real test;some questions will need 2 minutes and others less than a minute,so the net result is that time is enough for each block..I want reassure u and me cuz I also have a test in 8/July.... Just keep doing practice and u`ll be fine

Hi guys, I soooooo know what the pounding heart feels like. Have it like crazy before the end of a block or just today before finishing NBME. I just can´t wait for the score the last 10 questions. Have heard, that time is good on real test. Question length seems to be much fairer. Having it in 4 days!!!! Goooooood luck to everybody and God bless!

Thaaaanks! Needed some encouragement. Now, please know, that a 59 on UW IS a great score and that a month before the exam. Let me tell you: You´ll rock it! And now, deeeep breath and.... ...into the last 100 hours before my big day on Tueasday

AnneGermany, I know its very stressful time for you...just relax and keep faith in God...he always pays back to all our efforts .... If you have time I suggest you to tak a Kaplan Simulated Exam once before the exam.(I don't know maybe you took it)..just so that on the exam you won't get exhausted....I took it today and got 68%...my exam will be after 1 month and 1 week....practicing UW again..with Kaplan lecture notes...what is your UWsocre?NBME so far?I will keep you in my prayers.....take care and have a blessed day...
