For those who took the exam,...Did you see similar or any same questions on real exam from UsmleWorld questions?

Most questions are easier than uw. But studying uw makes your score go up, it is a must in my opinion, for all the steps.

I am doing UW and find them to be fairly straight forward, some tricky but mostly do-able. I don't understand how people keep posting that they thought they thought they failed after the test,,....then post a month later a high score 240+/99 ??

emd, people sometimes think they failed because they got questions they were not sure they answered right. But if their knowledge was good, they did, they just didn't feel secure about it. It's a pattern: most people who say the test was difficult get great scores. Go figure... I think difficult questions answered right have more weight towards a high score than easy questions. Not sure, though.
Anyway, if you are OK with uw, good for you, I bet the test will seem very fair and doable for you. It was like that for me, and I got a good score. UW is a wonderful tool.
