Human derived botulinum antitoxin should be administered as early as possible.
But equine edrived botulinum antitoxin is no longer recommended.

sorry for ignogance, but is there such entity as Human derived botulinum antitoxin?
I know horse derived antitoxin 3-valent and horse derived purified-almost recombinant 6-valent
Also there is a human botulism immune globulin (BabyBIG),

Please clarify
