hey i think the best thing to do is to go to the FRIEDA site and email the program coordinators with your C.V..check their websites firsr and c if they offer observerships .. unless you know some one personally this is the best way to approach for observerships..some people suggest going and meeting the faculty personally too..
do what ever best applies to you.

i did mail all the programs , but most have replied in the negative.But as you say guess the best way is to try to meet them in person if possible.Thanks a lot ganesha123.
