regarding Q 40..validity means does the test measure wat it is intended to measure...so i feel the validity depends on the proportion of students infected with HSV......so i think the ans is b...

and 42 the ans is e...

in general, we are not putting pts with CVA on jejunostomy tube. Could it really be correct answer?
They do get gastric acid suppression therapy though

q is - what can prevent, ans is actually nothing, we can only diminish possibility
