hello guys, i am trying to do elective in rochester ,is it hard to get? they ask for thing called certicicate of good standing i dont know what that mean neither my collge ,what is it about?

ask rochester what it means, and then explain that to your college

Rochester is in upstate NY. I did two rotations in U of Rochester when I was a med student. There were quite a few foreign students around at that time so I don't think it's that hard to get clinical electives.

I think u are talking about a Letter of Good Standing from your Dean. I asked this question in this forum and no answer. Later I found out. It is very simple. Letter of Good Standing Mr XXX is a final year student at blah blah. I declare that he is a student in good standing at our institution and he is permited to do an Elective at your Institution. If u like u can add this infor(that is if you have this training). he has HIPAA and OSHA training on this date. Signed Dean
