Pass rate for IMGs is somewhere around 70% these days. (1in3fails)
Do your best. Get a study partner. and practice a lot. that's the key.

Don't underestimate it. 5 of us [ my college pals] gave CS in may block at various centers across US, only 2 passed. We were all good. only thing they underestimated CS. don't fall in to the trap of belittling this ridiculous exam just because you are fluent in communication. clinical note writing and clinical encounter has failed a lot of people. It is not insanely difficult but very frustrating due to stupid 15min+10 min notes protocol and extreme redundancy of 12 cases. Being a little bit cautious of CS helped me a lot. Flunking it can be a big hazard.
