For me, uw second time was a waste of time. I started reaching 92% and thought I was remembering the answers, not necessarily had learned the subject, so I got frustrated. I didn't even use the whole 30 days I had, I didn't want to get too overconfident. It was a totally different experience from step 1 and 2 CK.
So I would go for Kaplan.

I don't know what should be done but I am planning to do as many questions as possible. It worked for me before so my plan is to master kaplan source at the beginning: kaplan notes, DVDs, Qbank and Qbook and then finish up with UW(twice if time permits)
When are you planning to take this test guys?

good luck arlete. wow your exam is jut round the corner.
caduceus, although i am still preparing for step 3 i think what arlete says makes sense. unless you want to do a revision of all the questions or atleast the questions you marked doing UW again would not make much sense. i am not sure what you meant by doing UW again so just presumed that you wanted to do the tests and just solve the questions. but even when i was preparing for step 2 ck, doing kaplan q bank helped as it had some different concepts which were tested so you gain a little more exam knowledge.
but this is just what i feel, pls do ask other seniors and your senior friends too and then make the best decision for yourself. good luck buddy ! and ya chak de
