Hi,

I was looking for some advice:

I am on a B1/B2 Visa in the US for my CS exam and Observerships. The Visa was stamped till Nov 13. that causes problems with scheduling the interviews. Should i ask for an extension of 2 months for finishing the interviews. Will I get one?

Or should i go back to India and come back in the last week of november?

Thanks

In my opinion going back is better idea if you have multiple entry visa.
Good luck

The problem is I dont have a multiple entry Visa... So i need to go for the visa interview again and ask for the interviews and step 3 possibly.....

Any suggestions Guys????

asking for an extension has two problems (not in experience but heard)
if u get refused then getting a visa next time is very difficult
even if get the extension next visa attempt gets a lot of questions asked

personally I think going coming back and going again may be a better idea but as I said no personal experience here

Thanks Mukho ...I think you are right.. but its a pain nonetheless. I know you are having your own set of visa hasslesshaking head.. hopefully it will be resolved and you will start your residency soonsmiling face

I agree with Mukho, going back is better than applying for extension though no personal experience..
