hi guys 
I applied for an elective in school that issue F1 visa
I have only 2 months to complete the application process by showing bank statement
I dont have now any money in any bank
most banks wont give me a bank statement before 3months
even if they do before ,i heared it is risky (ISO may not approve it )
some say I should ask for bank letter ,please what should i do?
