Dear Friends
hi
I start my initial search for finding programs . My CS is in september ,if program requierd "Applicants must have passed USMLE Step 2-CS before"
what does it mean by stating before ? does it mean before applying or before starting residency?if the second statment is correct ,so I can not apply for it without CS result.

read the whole statement on the website to determine which of the options are being referred to. so only you can answer the question.
