I am forgetting to counsel so much..esp since there's not much time left

i mean in PID case i did not counsel about taking off from work, and a co-existing prostate problem hence a rectal exam...

in another case of fracture arm .. rare domestic abuse.. i did not counsel about assisted living

CIS is so imp.. i'll not be able to pass if i miss these out

first of all,try 2 summarise brief hx,next say THE DD cud be..........,then say we may need 2 do the followin tests........starting with rectal/breast/pelvic exam whereevr applicable,i also used to forget abt pelvic exam etc but with the systematic approach i was not missin anythin.then after tests ,counselling for the present condn if any-use of handrailings/talk 2 family/support groups if applicable, finally counselling for smokin,alcohol/drugs.for hip exam,i followed dis ,pls follow the link,
