Most people just look for dependable, enthusiastic individuals with good work ethics. Prior research experience helps but in most cases they would train you. Computer literacy is definitely a must.
You don't really need to prepare for an interview. I once interviewed for a research position. Don't worry.........they won't ask you academic stuff. Its just an informal chat.

just take whatever certificates you have related to your medical education. relax my friend...........interviews are pretty cool over here. they will treat you with respect no matter what.
