The best of lucks paheli! As njcjzy said I am confident that you will get a pass score.
Don't worry about getting nervous during the orientation, it is so normal. When I found out that the doctor close to me was even more nervous...we just laughed. After the first case, every new case becomes easier.

OMGoodness, guys. Where do I start? My test turned out to be a comedy of errors! I can't help but laugh at myself. There was this case where I was performing an otoscopic exam on a patient. When I removed it from her ear to replace it on the wall, I realized the speculum was missing. I was pretty sure I had used one, and I wondered if it had falled off somewhere. It took me a few mins to realize it was left stuck in her ear!!!!! I swear guys, I could have died! She musta been dying inside with laughter.  Then, I had a peds phone case, and I was doing a good job on it. It was fairly simple and I was in my element. Until the 5 min announcement came, and I squealed!!!!! It shocked me and I seriously jumped! Another boo-boo. The SP musta thought I was nuts!
On to the errors part now. I had a case which reqd CNS exam. I don't know why the idiot in me surfaced, and I ended up doing CVS and RS exam. By the time I realized what I'd done, it was too late and I barely finished with the H-test before I ran out of time. Obviously I missed out on counselling as well. That case was a flop. There was another case with smoking history of 60, SIXTY years duration, and I did not counsel!!! How did I miss that?? I coulda killed myself when I was sitting out at the PN desk, coz I had even written it on my blue sheet, but did not see it before leaving. That case was miserable as well. I hope these don't fail me. I also don't have much faith in my PNs.
I don't think I've given away any details about the specific cases, so hopefully this write up shouldn't get me in to any trouble. The orientation began ~ 8.15am, took over an hour. The procters were excellent, and they did a great job of making us feel confortable. I must admit that time flew during the test hours. In fact, the 30mins lunch break felt too long, but that could be coz I did not eat much.
I got done with the test by 3.30. I saw a coupla SPs walk by after they finished their shift as I sat at the bench outside the center. And my brain goes, 'I truly hope I don't see you in that gown again'......

Now it's done, forget about it! You were doing everything right during practice, I don't believe you made so many mistakes as to fail you there.
Celebrate, one less test to go. Let us know when you have the result.

absolutely!!! you might have heard it a zillion times. its normal to feel that way. and its normal to make those 'silly mistakes', which i call 'human error', which is NOT 'gross negligence', which is NOT a reason to fail!!!!!!!!!!!! so cheer up, buddy!!! you did awesome.
