M doing peds right now....

Well one imp fact to remember for now is that TOF is most common cyanotic but cyanotic disease to present immediatley after birth is TGA ( generally but not always applicable ofcourse )

cyanosis at birth is tricuspid atresia
cyanosis in hours after birth is TGA
cyanosis in days after birth is pulmonary atresia
cyanosis in months after brth is TOF

hi guys,
well I am doing Internal Medicine right now...done with gastro,rheumato,endo,infections...I took 18 tests from UW(in 12 days) so far,46 qs each,timed mode and all unused questions(first time)and also all subjects(I am done with my first read)....my over all score so far is about 60%...(sometimes 54 and sometimes even 70sticking out tongue)...My exam is in the 1st week of aug...I can't assess myself whether this kind of UW score is good or what)...please contribute some inputs about it....how is kaplan Q-bank?...thanks guys and lets encourage each other here and that way we all can knock this exam out of the story!...thanks and have a good luck to all of you

hehehehehe,,,im the best planner ever,,,but when it comes to action,,im the worse...

im still doning endocrinology,,,,hope to finish today and start rhematology inshallah,,,its going too slow and alot of obsticals on my way...

count on me guys. right now i am solving UW but subject by subject. i know thats weird but it worked with me in step one. my score is 70! after doing psych, surgery and obgyn which are only 27%. i hope to take the exam in the firs-t or 2nd week og august.

me too joining boat for august , started haphazard but getting disciplined...

btw.. all forks here are using kaplan notes 2008 - 2009 or earlier versions...

actually i have for year 2003 - 2004.

wenever i m tensed i keep on changing subjects ...
but now no changing subjects coz my kaplan qbank is expiring!!
so todays plan was to do ophthalmology from kaplan notes then qbank then cmdt review
and then starting with dermatology theorynod
i m done with just half of wat i thought!!
but no worries still hav 4hours to go!!nod
will study!!
now will keep updating dailynodnod

Hi all..
I am back again
I am now done with almost 85% of total UW Questions and My over all score so far ag is 60%.(Rheumatology is my weakest area with 48%)....Now I am thinking to review everything subjectwise and started from IM....will be doing Infectious disesses first...anyone doing the same?....I got 84 in step-1....and passed the CS already.hope i will be able to apply for the Match....wish you all good luck....I m here..I m here...sticking out tongue
