Get the cases at uw or step123 and work on the software, ignoring the pop-ups that occur in the cases that are originally there.

or you can use the software and free cases provided on the usmle cd that you get free with registeration or you can download the software from there website (usmle.org)

UW cases which i have ,,u cannt practice software on that ,UW gave you the whole case and you can read, its not like simulated exam software.cases which are on the usmle website ,i am not sure whether i m doing those cases whether i m doing right or wrong..
