I was scheduled for my step 2CK for next June 23rd in Milano-Italy.
Prometric called me yesterday to cancel the apointment... they told me: no more examination in Italy... Looking for other Italians in the same condition.
How can I do now??? My scheduling permit will last to june 30th only!!!
Please contact me if someone can help me!!!

hey fenobarbital, sorry to hear that, how about if you schedule here in munich/germany? that's the closest city to milano that comes to my mind (like 7h train or 1h flight), and there is definitely a prometric center that's worked well for my step1 and step2ck.

Thanks! Aniway what happened is unbelievable! 2 weeks before!!!
I rescheduled in Geneve (Swiss) my exam... but the only date available was on june 18th... next week!

Same thing happened to me !!!!
Just it was not Italy But Hungary
Prometric called me and informed me that all exams in Budapest are canceled and they are not able to provide USMLE exams any more . They mentioned some king of investigation or something
I was fortunate enough to reschedule for Croatia

fenobarbital, I don't envie you for having 1 week less than planned..keep the faith!! anyway, it's unbelievable indeed, I was shocked with the news! Do you guys have any info when it will be again available in our countries??

Hi zappeuse
My exam is in Zagreb 10. of July , I am traveling from Belgrade - Serbia 9. of Jyly planing to spend one night in some Zagreb hotell and show up on the exam 10th in the morning .
I've already passed step 1 in Zagreb , its verry small and modest promertric center

Same thing same day same place... fenobarbital and me actually met in milano the day we took step 1... All of this is just ridiculous, after all the paperwork IMG's have to go through just to be able TO BE ELIGIBLE for scheduling those exams, they trash it all without an email... they're unrespectful of our effort Not to mention the extra expenses we will have to sustain to travel 3 days in another country.... Looking at the bright side, I scheduled the exam in Toulouse (FR) june the 26 so I'll have 3 extra study days..
