what effect does hyperparathyroidism in mother have on foetus?hyper/hypo calcemia it is given in kpln as hypocalcemia ,is that right?

I guess that PTH from mother--->baby results in increased free Ca of baby's and inhibits PTH release and finally parathyroidism atrophy. Then, resultant hypocalcemia. That's right?
