I am doing externship in a private clinic.Is it worth doing externship in a private clinic?

I truly do not know but this is what I have heard.
1- Some hospitals will not take it into account and other will.
So 50/50 maybe at least you get some LOR from there, but also I do not know if they will actually have any type of worth?

its not the best u can get but something is better than nothing and in case of USCE something, anything is always better than nothing...think of it this way--u get interviewed and one of the faculty really liked u but another faculty says ur experience isnt from a great place..at least the faculty that likes u can fight for u saying--u tried, worked on the oppurtunity u had and got good LORs out of it!!
