how to differentiate btw
1.alzeimers
2. lewy body dementia
3. picks disease dementia.

i mess up with these?
anybody can explain?

alzheimer : time mode - chronically, mostly cognitive dysfuntion,
Lewy : parkinson like,
Pick : cognitive and strange bevahior, intact motor function

I think that
alzehimer----- cognitive dysfunctin most early
lewy------------parkinsonism plus early dementia BCZ dementia can complicate up to 15% of parkinson disease .
pick--------------abnormal behaviour most early
