I think for 1st Q ans.is C-exhibiting 5features of mania. 2nd also i go for C- as it is not painfull and not painless.. :idea: pls.let me the know ans.and other inputs r welcome.

First question, answer is c for second q, HPV caused condylomata acuminata can be ulcerated? I did not see that, I chose D. but the answer is c
