add some information for q 3
obiviously, Ca chanel blocker and ACEI is more popularly used in clinical than diuretics and b-blocker. however, I saw before the diuretics should be considered to be the primary treatment for the mild patients. that might account for the answer.

We really should know if he is overweight. You would rather give a CCB than a thiazide to a 45-year-old man with a BMI~22 who is relatively active...dont dehydrate those types.
