I hope I chose the right place to discuss this problem.....
Actually I bought "Kaplan Medical USMLE Step 1 Home Study Program", and confirmation letter was sent to me by email.
But I did not receive any thing from Feb 2004, I sent claim by email and the answer was:
"We at Kaplan appreciate your business and your inquiries are very important to
us. A reply to your inquiry will be sent within 2-3 business days. If you need
immediate assitance please contact Kaplan at 800-533-8850, press 1 or
213-452-5700.
Thank you for choosing Kaplan"
I did not receive any answer, I tried to call them by phone but was busy or nobody reply.....
I sent so many emails and nobody answer!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally, I decided towrite this problem to see if any one faced this problem previously and I hope he or she can help me.

I had diffrent problem relating to web prep on line .they never answered my e.mail .and never solve my problem over the phone .
keep trying to contact them . but i am not sure that they will resend any thing to you ...they are very bad and so mean

That means I lost 700$ ( 499$ for the kit and 200 for the mail)...... 
Help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz................

HEY ...do not give up ...call another kaplan 800 phone numbers and ask for the maneger .. tell about your problem and be strict.
Hope you will have them again soon
