Score: 94 ( 226)

The exam was harder than expected, the time not enough for a single bloc but too much for a single exam (8 hours). I used only 15 min from a break of 45min....
nbme3=480 two weeks before the exam
uw=64% one month before

there are about 10 questions from nbme's at the real exam.
the answers are at the end of each bloc
there are a lot of concepts from uw,so if you can repeat all questions...
and alo listen again goljan audios

Kaplan series(+Qbook...)

usmle world(IMPORTANT!- a lot of concepts)
nbme 1-4 from the site i mentioned above(about 10 questions in my exam also IMPORTANT, the questions and pictures are the same)
and also first aid (kaplan)
