The answer is e.Phenylalnine hydroxylase.
PKU is caused due to deficiency of pheylaninine hydroxylase which converts aa Phenylalanine to amino acid Tyrosine.
SInce they are asking the locus here I thought they are asking the enzyme responsible for PKU so Tyrosine will not be right.
