hai all, i have started doing USMLE owrld recently........... i am doing in timed mode, all questions, 50 per day(some times 100 per day) is it necessary to take notes....? i am finising it difficult to take notes of all the points..its consuming around 5 hours per block to completely analyse and take notes... any inputs??

sandeep366, I believe that the mode that you follow is the most appropriate. this is the best way to feel prepared, not only regarding knowledge level but also time management. in the real exam Qs are mixed, so you have to be familiar with this mode.
.. in my opinion, keep doing so! I did the same and it worked.
About taking notes, you could probably do this but not trying to write down everything. it would be time-consuming..i would suggest you take notes only of the facts and points that you did not know, not everything.
