C- I guess she has short cycle (ex: 21 days), ovulation is always the day 14 from the end cycle, then she can get pregnant for 11 days. Therefore, incomplete abortion is possible.

It has to be D..the uterus is trying to expel the submucous leomyoma by it's labour like rhythmic contrations.It can't be abortion because the conceptus can't be that big by now( remember just 18days back there was a period).the other options are not consistent with the question..Am I right UJK?
