Fragile X: repeat in 5' UTR
Huntington: repeat in CDS (Tranlated proteins become longer and longer)

I really liked the discussion here it was comprehensive.

Anyone knows what are the important features of Freidrich's ataxia apart from the fact it has GAA repeats and I assume like the rest has anticipation??
