Hi... I am a medical graduate from India. I have applied for the PTAL. I was unaware that a SSN is mandatory to apply. How does one obtain a temporary SSN ? Has anyone applied for a job, got an H1B/J1 visa and then applied for a SSN ? If so, your guidance would be appreciated. I have completed only 2 weeks of clinical training in Psychiatry. I need an additional 2 weeks of training to be eligible for the PTAL. Can anyone please guide me with this. Where can one get 2 weeks of Psychiatry training certified from ? Thanks
