Long time ago, I heard negative symptoms result from temporal atrophy and positive symtoms result from hippocampal atrophy. These concepts are very important to control symptoms. That's right?

don't know about that. KLN sayes about ventricular enlargement and something about hyperactivity in basal ganglias (where dopamine concentrates) and hypoactivity in frontal lobes.
