A 50 yr old man has pulse 74/min, BP 160/98 mm/Hg and further evaluation shows aortic stenosis. Coronary blood flow is greater than normal. Which of the following contributes to the increased coronary bloood flow?
a) decreased left ventricular O2 consumption
b) decreased left ventricular pressure
c) decreased left ventricular work
d) increased adenosine concentration in cardiac tissue
e) increased O2 concentration in cardiac tissue
