A 23 yr old woman has a 6 year history of intermittent episodes of fever, crampy abdominal pain and frequent loose stools. A section of bowel is resected after a recent severe episode. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?
a) acute apendicitis
b) ulcerative colitis
c) celiac disease
d) Chron disease
e) adenocarcinoma

I say D. There is no blood or puss in stool to suspect ulcerative colitis. Are you with me? Please any help is apreciated. Thanks!
