A 31 yr old woman has an enlarged ovry detected on pelvic examination. At laparoscopy an 8cm cyst filled with thick brown material is removed. Histologic sections show that the cyst is lined by macrophges containing abundant hemosiderin. What is most likely diagnosis?
a) bening cystic teratoma
b) adenomyosis
c) polycistic ovary
d) sturma ovarii
e) ednometrioma

Any help is apreciated. Thanks everyone!
