An ednoscopic biopsy of 37 yr old man with progressive heartburn over the past 6 months, shows esophagitis of the lower part of esophagus. The most likely cause othe the esophageal changes is a substance secreted by which of the following: a) G-gastrin cells b) chief cells c) goblet d) mucous cells e) parietal cells Any help is apreciated. Thanks!
