After sustaining sever burn , a 45 yr old man becomes hypotensive. His urine output decreses to 150 ml/day for 3 days. Microscopic examination of urine at the third day is most likely to show which of the following findings? a) large number of leycocites b) large number of uric acid crystals c) numerous eosinohpils d) numeorous oval fat bodies e) casts containing renal tubular epithelium I say E. What do you guys think about this one? Thanks!
