A 35 yr old woman has one day history of fever, cough, right sided chest pain. Her cough is productive of rust- colored sputum. She has dulness at the posterior right lower lung and there are increased breath sounds over the same area. Vital sings:
T=39.1C (102.3 F)
pulse 108/min
respirations 24/min
BP= 110/80 mmHg
Which of the following aditional findings indicates a consolidative process in the posterior lower right lung?
a) wheezing
b) egophony
c) tracheal shift to the right
d) decreased tactile fremitus

Please, any help is apreciated. I was guessing D. What do you think? Thanks!
