Does anyone know what is the best source to study and interpret EKGs for the USMLE step 1 exam? Has anyone read Clinical Cardiology Made Ridiculously Simple? Thanks in advance.

that is easy. Just know the simple principles on cardiac depolarization and the normal limits on HR,PR-intervals as well as keeping on mind when there is a regular rhythum from a irrgular rhythum. Have in mind also ectopies like PVC's, PAC's, PJC's. Get used to "eye boling" rhythums instead trying to figure out where the main electrical axis goes.
If you do this you can even Dx 12 lead Ekg as any other cardiologist. Follow your basic principles and do not rely in monitors or ekg machines. In the end is your interpretation and not a machine that it matters.

Hope it will help this.
