Hello Every great doctor,
I'm 3rd year medical school outside US, and
meet a big big big problem now.... :cry:
I plan to have the USMLE test in the 1.5 yr future..
but I'm quite worry about the quality of our school teaching..
...so tough..... :!:
Can anyone tell me : Am I able to transfer to US med school ?
I do think I'll get more and more benefit in US med school.
Or I just study the materials as friends here study ?
Appreciate a lot from your suggestions and directions !!

Hello,
Well if you only have 1.5 years left, well if you can transfer try it but unless your school has any kind of exchange or something of that sort with any U.S. school I am not sure you can transfer.
On the other hand I think you should review very carefully every class that you are taking right now. You can buy the books used by many to study for the U.S.M.L.E. and study with those also. In a way you have a very good chance of passing the U.S.M.L.E. since you are still in school, everything is still fresh. Just study and study hard!
Some of us here graduated a while ago and we have to review and remember everything we saw in medschool. Therefore you have an advantage. I wish you luck and take to your advantage to study and do more then what the average medschool teaches in the U.S.

Where are you now? The whole matter of transfer really depends on which country you come from...
