45 yr old woman has high titer of anti Scl-70 antibodys. A biopsy of the skin shows thining of the epidermis hyalinization and obliteration of arterioles and dermal thickening. These dermatologic changes are caused primarly by the release of chemokines from: a) platelets b) mast cells c) lymphocytes d) eosinohpils e) endothelila cells f) segmented neutrophils Any help is apreciated. Thanks!

And I would like to add one more question about scleroderma. What is the way of inheritance? Does anyone know? Please, any toughts?

C-LYMPHOCYTES,coz it is an auto immune disease

Supra , is it recesive or dominant or maybe X-linked which i doubt it ? Thanks for your help!

I am not sure, but I think the inheritence is polygenic/ multifactorial.

C - lymphocytes. Inheritance is multifactorial; disease is classified as having an unknown etiology.
