Among all the amazig free resources the one that really stood out was the Yale University School of Medicine Cardiothoracic Imaging service. Which you can find here:

You can go through Images by: Case, Technique, Anatomy, View, etc. They provide small cases or explanations on the right side of the images. Most images are labeled so you do not need to go crazy looking for what you are supposed to be looking at!
