whipple's also called pancreaticoduodenectomy,
head of pancreas n duodenum r removed together.

Whipple's includes removal of head of pancreas, duodenum, distal part of stomach, gall bladder, distal bile duct and proximal jejunum... these are all joined by pacreatico-jejunostomy, gastrojejunostomy and a choledocojejunostomy..

I'd go with 2.duodenum , for it has common blood supply with the head of pancreas.. I'm not sure about the answer (or the question confused )

2) Duodenum

both head of the pancras and duodenum share a common irrigation by the pancreaticduodenal arteries, superior and inferior, both branches of the gastroduodenal and superior mesenteric artery respectively.
