now let me ask a quick question...it may sound dumb but still it may answer my query  how does online study partner for cs work out when u have to conduct PE etc

Well, i assume that you're using some sort of net calling like skype etc. What I used to do was, I used to talk of what part I am examining and i used to imagine myself doing it and talk about it for as long as I thought it should take when I do it on a patient.
Ofcourse, best would be to practice the PE on a real person. if you cant find a study partner near you, do it on a friend / family member.
I personally found my brother to be as useful as any other study partner I could have met in person. If you know someone who can understand what the exam expects, just give him FA and brief him/her about the exam for a bit. The best advantage is that it's only you who will be practising and you wont have to be the SP for anyone, which saves a lot of time. But, thats just my opinion.
